HOW TO ORDER
- How do I
place my order?
All orders can be made online through
email,
authorized myT agent and at myT showroom. Before placing your order,
you have first confirm your order details such as design and product
specification/details.
- How do I
confirm my order?
You are required to pay the deposit 50 %
or full payment for free delivery nationwide to Maybank account no
564801010894 (myT industry) and select all the necessary
information of your order, including attaching your finalize
artwork, selecting the material type, printing requirement and
finally,
email to send the
order to us. We will send the order confirmation to your e-mail
before we start to process the order.
- How long does
it take to process my order?

- Can I cancel
or change my order?
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours after placing an order
. There will be a 25% cancellation fee based on the price of the order.

- How can I
keep track of my orders and my balance?

check your order number.
- What do I do
if I am dissatisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with any product,
please call our Customer Service within 8 days of receiving your
order. Please specify your order, and reason for dissatisfaction.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for typing, image, or design
errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation
process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings
along to our customers, myT does not review artwork/documents for
content or spelling after confirmation has been made.
All myT orders are made-to-order. As such , myT resources will not
accept a return unless the order is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. We will not accept returns based on size
discrepancies or color discrepancies
arising from viewing the item(s) on our website and printed material. We
will not accept
a returned order that has been washed or worn.

do if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery date?
