ARTWORK DESIGN
- Do myT offer artwork design
services?
Yes and with minimum charge base on the product and the design. You have to provide us the attachment, black & white sketch on paper and the concept of the design to avoid adjustment charge and keep it low price.
- Does myT provide free
design?
Yes, all the design in myT design gallery is free where you can mix & match the design, put your own words and change the colour of the design . Email all the details to us , and let the myT designer do the rest .
There is no charge for the first design work if you place an order with myT .
Any second design adjustments onwards will be charged RM50 per adjustment.
You can choose to have myT resources to create the design for you prior to the order
but a deposit of RM50 will be charged for each design, of which will be
deducted from the total price after you place your orders with myT.
A maximum of 5 business days is required for designing your myT.
In the event of cancellation of order or if you decide not to order with myT resources
your deposit for design will not be returned.
- Does myT provide artwork
proof checking services?
No. You have to confirm the final artwork before printing.

What file format should I use to save my artwork?
For all our products, we accept the artwork in:- Adobe Illustrator (AI)
- Adobe Acrobat Document (PDF)
- How do I send my artwork?
You have to email your file to us or send it direct at our myT showroom or agent.
- Can I change my design
after submitting it?
YES. You can cancel your order after you have submitted your artwork on the same day before printing in process and before 5.00 pm.
Call our Customer Service at 017 280 3780 to cancel your order.
Then, place your new order accordingly. You are encouraged to check your artwork thoroughly before submitting it for printing. - Can I order my business
card in other sizes?
YES. We provide custom size for Offset Business Cards. The business card size should be smaller than our maximum size which is 90mm x 54mm (actual size) else it will be considered as 2 units size.
- Will the color of my
printed product match 100% to the original color of my artwork?
NO. It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. The level of difference however is subject from printing company to printing company.
- Can I use myT to print
anything I want?
Yes you can, as long as what you are printing does not conflict with the Malaysia printing and publication law.myT will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images. This includes information that are politically, religiously or racially, sensitive. myT will not be responsible for any infringement of artwork content.
The customer represents that all materials used in making the product will not cause the violation of any law
rule , judicial decision , regulation franchise or similar agreements , informal or formal, oral or written
relating to trademarks , ordinance, or copyrights service marks etc. A customer also represents that by
commisioning the seller to produce the item , they have the full authority to purchase and to grant
the rights to the seller to fabricate , manufacture , and to sell any design product that is created. The
customer agrees to indemify and hold the seller harmless from against any fees ,fines, penalties , losses,
damages or assessments including attorney fees that are incurred by the seller to produce and sell any
design or product that is created . We reserve the right to refuse production of any design we deem
questionable or distasteful.
